I am passionate about supporting females and queer individuals with ADHD, anxiety, burnout, relationships, eating disorders/disorderly eating, self-esteem struggles, overwhelm, stress, chornic pain, depression, and much more. As a female identifying therapist, I draw from over 10 years of professional experience along with a lifetime of diverse lived experience.

Approachability and a client-centred lens are important to me so you can be vulnerable to share what is bothering you. This is your space to share what you have been thinking and feeling without worrying about others. My specialty is providing talk therapy with a trauma informed holistic lens, utlizing professional experience, and lived experience with permission. I safely consider how your mental, physical, spiritual, and social worlds intersect and affect your life. We work together to navigate your emotions, feelings, behaviours, and attachments so you can feel better again. I incorporate CBT, DBT, Solution-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and various other therapies as relevant.

MY SERVICES
Anxiety + Stress Management
My approach is personable and provides a supportive and structured approach to help you navigate the challenges of anxiety and overwhelm.
I offer personalized strategies, coping techniques, and therapeutic interventions designed to reduce anxiety symptoms and improve overall well-being. I branch off of the works of Kristen Neff, Gabor Mate, Brene Brown, and bell hooks when it comes to supporting your stress and anxiety.
ADHD Support
ADHD Curious? Recently Diagnosed? Been living with it for a while?
Embracing your diagnosis can be easier said than done. We can talk about that. Neurodivergent brains view and operate in the world in a way that is typically not build for them. I get it. Let's enter that new reality and learn how to adjust to our new way of life, or let's find other ways to work with our awesomeness. There is nothing wrong with neurodivergent brains! Constructs in our society may have made people feel that way, but we can eliminate that stigma from our lives.
Trauma
Trauma can look 'big' or 'small'. It can be something that happened once or overtime.
The idea of what trauma entails still seems to be misunderstood in our society. Regardless, something that happened to you that continues to interrupt your life is enough for us to chat about. It was likely traumatic for you and it may remind you of something else that is unsettling. Let's talk about it!
Relationship Development
Relationships can be difficult when we are not at our best or if we are lacking some skills to make it the best it can be.
I provide tailored guidance and support to help you overcome challenges, set achievable goals, and cultivate a positive mindset when entering or maintaining a relationship with friends, family, or a romantic partner. It is 100% easier to be alone. However, we are social beings. We need people! We can create ways for you to set boundaries, though, so you can protect your mental space when you are around people. We can discuss the reasons you are having difficulty and the tools to help you have more positive relationships.
